EcoCleanHome is based at 7830 Lake City Way NE, which puts North Seattle neighborhoods like Lake City, Wedgwood, Maple Leaf, and Northgate minutes from our door. But our crews cover the whole city, from Ballard and Queen Anne to Capitol Hill, Beacon Hill, and West Seattle, six days a week.

Seattle housing is a mix of 1920s craftsman homes, mid-century ranches, and newer apartments and townhomes, and each cleans differently. Older homes have more trim, more radiators, and more grout. Newer units have more glass and more stainless. Our checklists adjust for both, and recurring clients get the same crew who learns the quirks of their place.

We also handle a large share of Seattle's short-term rental turnovers and move-out cleans, where timing is everything. Give us your checkout time or your lease end date and we'll schedule around it, with a confirmed arrival window and a text when we're on the way.
