Kirkland is straight across the lake from North Seattle, and our crews reach downtown, Houghton, Juanita, Rose Hill, and Totem Lake in about twenty minutes. That proximity makes it easy to keep recurring visits on time and to fit in a turnover between guests.

The downtown waterfront has a growing number of short-term rentals, and we handle turnovers there on a fixed checklist with linens, restocking, and a photo report. Further out, Kirkland's family neighborhoods book us mostly for bi-weekly regular cleaning, with a deep clean to start.

Kirkland is a dog town, and most of our clients here have at least one. Our plant-based products are safe on floors your pets walk on minutes after we're done, and we're happy to work around crates, gates, and the one room the cat owns.
