Hunts Point

Hunts Point is a small peninsula on Lake Washington, and the homes on it deserve crews who slow down. Ours follow a written checklist, use plant-based products suited to stone, wood, and glass, and treat every room with the same care whether it's used daily or opened for guests.

Many Hunts Point residences aren't occupied year-round. We coordinate entry, alarms, and timing with whoever manages the home, and we can scale visits up or down depending on the season.

Weekly cleaning, pre-event deep cleans, and post-renovation cleanup are all available, with a confirmed arrival window and a completed checklist after each visit.
